My husband and I first looked in to building with Esprit almost 4 years ago, but the timing just wasn’t quite right. Fast forward to 2017 and we were ready and raring to go, and so were the Esprit team. They were with us every step of the way, with every vision, query or qualm. Our experience with Esprit Constructions was nothing short of impeccable. Over the years, we have built many homes with various builders and we know all the finer details when it comes to quality and attention to detail.

We are so blessed to have chosen Esprit to build our new home. It was under construction during Cyclone Debbie, Adam assured us everything that could be done had been done to keep it safe, which it was, we needn't have been concerned.
Esprit Constructions are dedicated to quality building, they have a modern design insight and tradesman who take pride in their work, which showed in the finished product. It all worked together and shows throughout our beautiful new home. We are so proud of our design, it suits us perfectly.
Adam bent over backwards to help our dream come to fruition in the building stage, we were kept well updated throughout the build, there was no stress on our part. The hardest part we had was to choose paint colours!
Esprit have a unique team ability and pulled this together easily for us from our perspective. They may have had headaches (I hope not) but we didn't.
Two of our families who built prior to us commented they wished they'd built with Esprit, they liked the designs, and were impressed with the quality of workmanship and ease in which it was built.

We have had nine new homes built during our 49 years of married life. When we were considering selling in Townsville to move to Mackay, we went to the Esprit display home and met Vicki, who walked us through the display home pointing out the Esprit features and the Esprit differences. We felt that day that we had found our next builder. We went on to look at other display homes but the Esprit standard and quality won us both over convincingly.

We in fact found the whole process very enjoyable
Over the years my wife, Lisa and I have built 5 houses in various locations in Mackay and each time we have used a different builder. However if we ever decide to build again we will go straight back to Esprit Homes, who recently built our new home at “THE BEACH” in East Mackay.
From the initial contact we noted that Peter has an old school attitude toward building and customer service which is no doubt due to his decades of experience in the industry in this area. This is complimented by Vicki’s ability to empathise with the clients to ensure that they achieve the result they want in the most economical and practical way possible.
Once we went to contract the service and commitment did not stop, in fact Adam and Craig and their subcontractors strived to deliver the project inside the allotted time without compromising on workmanship.
What resulted was a quality product delivered on time with no stress to us. We in fact found the whole process very enjoyable.
We have now lived in the house for about 8 months and the two small issues we have had have been attended to by Esprit quickly and without question.

It was a pleasure to build with Esprit, from the very first moment we were browsing through the options with Vicki in the display house to finally signing the contract! Adam was in contact every step of the build and helped us to understand what we were look forward to next. The build was quick and to the highest standards. We received the keys very quickly, however our experience with Esprit continued way after move in day. Thank you for building us an amazing home
The first time we walked through the Esprit display home at Kerrisdale and meet the Esprit team, I knew that if we made the decision to build these were our builders. We had that instant feeling of quality workmanship and a team that was happy to answer any questions. Once we made the decision to build friends and family members warned us that building was a stressful process. They were wrong as they had never built with Esprit. The building process was so smooth and our house sprang up right in front of our eyes. Every step of the way we were informed of what was happening by all members of the team and making changes (which I didn't think would happen) was an easy process. Sixteen weeks after construction began we were receiving the keys and moving into our dream home.
We have been in our home since June last year and are in love with it. The quality finishes and the big living spaces (kitchen, laundry and pantry) are always commented on by our friends and families. Fantastic to deal with and very professional
Thanks to Pete, Adam and the Esprit team I'm now enjoying my beautiful new home. From start to finish they have been fantastic to deal with and very professional.
With my family now spreading their wings, my goal was to downsize to a new, much smaller home with minimal maintenance. I was looking for something that would accommodate guests, would be light and airy and would have plenty of open space and outdoor living areas for easy entertainment. Vicki and Adam were able to give me plenty of ideas for planning that would meet these criteria and I was able to choose from their range of plans and add variations that would suit my ideas.
Once I had the block of land and house plan sorted, it was now time to add the finer details. Again, the systems used by Esprit enabled me to choose my colour schemes, cabinetry, floor coverings, tiling, electrical and finishing touches with minimal fuss. They have an excellent relationship with their local suppliers and I was able to get expert advice from all of them when it came to making choices.
The next amazing part of the building process was that I was then able to go off on a three month holiday with the complete confidence that all my choices would come to fruition while I was away.
To the Esprit Construction team, congratulations and thank-you for your very professional approach, smooth operating systems, focus on quality building and complete reliability. We had been looking at display homes around Mackay for about 12 months when “The Vixen” from Esprit Constructions caught our eye. After a few too many looks through, we fell in love with this display home for its design, quality craftsmanship, affordability and found it handy that Peter, the owner, was always around to have a chat with. Unfortunately our land wouldn’t accommodate “The Vixen” so Vicki soon helped us find “the one”.
